We hired LMM to help with decluttering and packing up in advance of staging our house. They were quick and efficient and understood the assignment. In one day, a team of four ladies went through each room, following the stagers instructions and preparing the boxes for storage and moving. What would have taken me several days either my own packers was accomplished in one day with their team and I was thrilled to have it all done for me, labelled and packed up professionally.
LMM professionals also took care of coordinating the move to storage and donations and supervised the whole thing so I could work and focus on what I needed to instead of the move.

Relocating for a new job is not easy, especially to downtown Toronto. I want to highlight and give a huge shout out to Mindy. She was professional, supportive and courteous in helping me execute my move, even when moving pieces didn't line up for me. She helped reduce a lot of stress and anxiety from the planning and found a way to make my move smooth.

We’ve used Luxury Move Management twice now, and they are definitely worth it. Having everything packed, moved, and unpacked for us made the whole experience so much less stressful. Arriving at our new home to find even our bed made up was such a wonderful touch.

Always on point!  Met every deadline on our pre agreed schedule.  Sepideh and Maria were responsive to all communication and flexible when needed.  Even though we were out of the country during the whole process, we were moved into our new place and our bed was ready and made up when we got back and all the things we’d asked LMM to do were completed flawlessly. This was the second time that we used  LMM. Both times they were efficient and helpful. They were also pleasant. We were helping to move my mother into LTC, always difficult but LMM was always understanding with suggestions of how to dispose respectfully of loved items which could not be kept any longer. It is my pleasure to provide feedback on my recent moving experience using Luxury Move Management.  Downsizing from a 4 bedroom, 3 storey house in  which I had lived for 47 years, to a 2+ condo apartment was huge for me, physically and emotionally.
