Your move starts with a free in-home consultation. During our meeting, we’ll assess your needs and identify which services are required for your specific situation.
STEP 2
Estimate
After identifying the services you require, we will prepare a detailed Estimate. This document provides a comprehensive outline of every service you'll need with pricing so you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
STEP 3
Confirmation of dates
After our Engagement Contract is signed and a deposit is received, we will confirm the dates with our service providers and send you a Workback Schedule that will include the dates and times for our arrival. It also lists the number of team members expected and their names. You are now well on your way to a seamless move.
STEP 4
Pre-move coordination and updates
As your move approaches, we will send you reminders and address any last-minute questions.
STEP 5
Packing and moving day
Our team of professionals arrive on schedule, managing every aspect of the move with efficiency, attention to detail, and care. In a matter of a few days, we will have your home packed, your fine art crated, your light fixtures dismounted, your home deep cleaned, your belongings moved, unpacked and your new home set up. Throughout the moving process, we provide updates for your peace of mind. We’ve got you!
